HAPPINESS

Circumstantial

INSPIRATION

Intentional

Too often we give up our personal power when we let happiness hinge on circumstantial events, but we don’t have to be hopelessly waiting for the right circumstances with inspiration.

We hinge happiness on circumstantial events or situations. “I’ll be happy when’s” hold our happiness hostage from us for an unknown or even infinite period of time. Attaching our happiness to outcomes we can’t predict or control is giving up empowerment over our own life. Happiness brings our attention outward and gets us caught up in what could happen in the future, distracting us from focusing on inspiration that brings us to the present and to our true selves.

It’s easy to intentionally get inspired. You don’t have to wait for anything to happen or wait for a dream to come true; you can intentionally experience the joys and benefits of being inspired anytime. You keep your personal power and use it for good to feed your soul, diving into the true happiness that is rooted in the present and originates from your true self.

Why wait for the right circumstances to live the life you hope will make you happy when you can bring intention into any moment and indulge in inspiration? Don’t settle for being happy when, and instead be inspired now!

Happiness Example: I’ll be happy if  I get that job or if  I had more money or when  I meet the partner of my dreams!

Inspired Example: I need a pick me up. I’m going to choose to do something that inspires me right now!
