SHOWING UP AS YOUR BEST SELF ISN’T ABOUT PERFORMING FOR YOUR JOB OR BOSS… IT’S ABOUT YOUR PERSONAL INTEGRITY

If you’re feeling uninspired at work, it’s likely starting to show. When we feel stuck, we usually look outward to blame an oppressive force that’s keeping us from greater happiness. This outward focus keeps us from empowering ourselves to make choices to create the life we desire and deserve. We always have a choice.

What we choose to endure is just as much of a choice as a decision to pursue a different path.  We can choose to complain or choose to change.

Sometimes, we have to change our attitude or commitment to ourselves, and sometimes we have to change more than our mindset.
